Pricing on our website is in Canadian dollars.

SHIPPING POLICY

• All packages ship with Canada Post.  Shipping rates will vary based on your shopping cart contents.
• Shipping insurance is available at additional cost when ordering; and provides protection for breakage in shipping.
• We ship from our warehouse on Thursdays. Orders placed by midnight on Wednesday will make Thursday's shipping. We ship internationally.  For urgent/time sensitive orders, please contact us and we will make every effort to accommodate.
• If an item is showing out of stock and you wish to order, please contact us by email (shop@silverstetsongallery.com); and we will let you know when new stock will arrive and shipping dates.

REFUND POLICY

Products are checked before shipping, and will be well packed.  Should there be a manufacturer defect, we will be happy to exchange or refund if we are notified within 7 days of customers receipt.  Please contact us directly for any other return requests.  Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.   All shipping and handling is at the purchasers expense.
